Abstract

This article presents a systemic political analysis of European counter-radicalization strategies and the implementation of "exit" programs for adherents of extremist structures. The relevance of the study is driven by the qualitative transformation of threats in the 21st century: in the context of pervasive digitalization and the networked structure of propaganda, traditional conventional methods of police control demonstrate limited effectiveness. The author examines EU methodological approaches (2000–2016), focusing on the training of "first-line" actors, mechanisms for socio-economic reintegration, and the role of the micro-social environment.
