Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a frequent but under-recognized comorbidity in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We aimed to determine the prevalence of renal dysfunction and its association with comorbid conditions in patients hospitalized with severe COPD.
