This study analyzes the clinical effectiveness of psychocorrection methods in the treatment of dermatological diseases based on the biopsychosocial model. The results show that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches significantly reduce clinical symptoms (PASI, DLQI) in chronic diseases such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Psychological interventions have been shown to inhibit inflammatory mediators and increase patient adherence by modulating the neuroimmune system. The study demonstrates that integrating a multidisciplinary approach in dermatological practice is pathogenetically sound and therapeutically effective.
