Abstract

The article presents experimental data on the study of growth, development of meat productivity and economic efficiency of growing bulls of black-and-white, Swiss breeds and crosses (1/2Simmental x 1/2black-and-white, F1) with intensive beef production technology. Intensive rearing of Swiss young animals has been revealed, which is most conducive to reducing the cost of production and increasing the profitability of beef production.
