Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the issue of the manifestation of legal awareness in the spiritual renewal of society. This article provides a comparative analysis of the issue of Eastern and Western democracy and studies the fact that Eastern democracy is an expression of the development of legal awareness. The role of legal awareness in the spiritual renewal and spiritual elevation of the renewing Uzbek society, the specific features of its manifestation are shown.
