THE ANIMAL METAPHOR AS A MEANS OF EXPRESSING ANTI-TOTALITARIAN THEMES IN G. VLADIMOV’S NOVELLA, FAITHFUL RUSLAN

Abstract

This article examines G. Vladimov's novel "Faithful Ruslan" in the context of the expression of anti-totalitarian problems through zoomorphism. Animal consciousness in literature is a simplified human consciousness, possibly mythological, pre-mythological, which allowed us to single out archaic elements in G. Vladimov's story. the diversity of the world in which this hero exists. Considering the story "Faithful Ruslan" from this perspective, we clarified the genre originality of the story, the specifics of the plot and the artistic world of the work.
