THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND MORAL CHARACTER OF PROPERTY RELATIONS TOWARD NATURE AND THEIR VALUE DIMENSIONS

Abstract

This article examines the socio-economic, political, spiritual, and moral characteristics of property relations toward nature from the perspective of contemporary value theory. It analyzes the interaction between human beings and the natural environment through the concepts of sustainable development, environmental responsibility, ecological ethics, and social justice. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of ecological values under the conditions of globalization and environmental challenges. The study argues that rational property relations toward natural resources should be based on the principles of sustainability, public responsibility, and environmental security.
