Abstract

This article examines the preventive potential of digital culture formation and the development of information ethics in ensuring public security and preventing cybercrime from a socio-philosophical perspective. It reveals the theoretical foundations for fostering individuals' conscious, responsible, and ethical behavior within the information environment under the conditions of rapid digital transformation. The study also highlights the interrelationship between digital culture, information ethics, and spiritual immunity, emphasizing their role as preventive mechanisms against cyber threats. Furthermore, the article presents scientific conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at creating a secure information environment through the development of digital culture, the broad implementation of information ethics principles, and the strengthening of individuals' spiritual immunity.
