Abstract

Oral sources were the first historical sources used in research. This article is dedicated to the significance of applying the oral history method in historical research. It examines the use of interviews and questionnaires in oral history, the role of memories in reconstructing our history, and the establishment and dissemination of the oral history method in Uzbekistan.
